Both Gracie’s, its companion bar, the legendary Driftwood Room and the hotel itself recently underwent a multi-million dollar "revival." The effect, according to Alaska Airlines Magazine, "has revitalized the existing property with the charisma and panache of a magnificent bygone era."
There is something for everyone at Gracie’s. The breakfast menu features traditional favorites like German pancakes and an assortment of Benedicts. The lunch and dinner menus feature deli-style sandwiches, salads, fresh fish and comforting pastas in the city.
The Driftwood Room remains a fixture at the Hotel deLuxe. Its updated look has not erased the spirit of the original Driftwood – a legendary bar that has been the scene of many special moments for locals and tourists alike since the mid-1950s.
